Spectacular but bring warm clothes!
Our group of four absolutely loved this tour. The sunrise was breathtaking and the jeep experience was thrilling. Just one tip for future travelers — it is COLD at the top of the volcano before sunrise. We were not prepared for how chilly it would be! The guide suggested we bring jackets but we underestimated it. Despite this, the experience was unforgettable and the hot spring was perfect for warming up afterward. Four stars because of the lack of warning about clothing!

Life-changing adventure
I've done a lot of adventure travel, but this sunrise jeep tour stands out as one of the top experiences of my life. The pre-dawn atmosphere on the volcano is eerie and beautiful. When the sun broke through, with layers of clouds below us and two massive volcanic peaks in the distance, I understood why people travel thousands of kilometers for this moment. The hot spring and coffee plantation added a lovely relaxed ending to a truly epic morning.

Kids LOVED the jeep ride!
We were worried the 3am start would be too much for our children, but they were more excited than any of us! The jeep ride up the volcano had everyone laughing and screaming with joy. The sunrise was absolutely spectacular — the view of Mount Agung and Mount Rinjani emerging from the clouds was incredible. The natural hot spring afterward was relaxing and my kids thought it was magic. The coffee plantation finished the tour perfectly.

The most unforgettable sunrise of our lives
Words cannot describe watching the sun rise above the clouds from Mount Batur. We chose the jeep option and the ride itself was exhilarating — bumpy mountain tracks in the pre-dawn darkness felt like an adventure. Then the sky turned gold and orange and everything went silent. My partner and I were in tears. The hot spring afterward was the perfect reward for the early wake-up. A must-do experience in Bali.
